There’s no shop front, and there’s no need for you to unplug anything, as we come and visit you at your premises.
If you live within our area of coverage, there’s no call-out fee.
Our pricing starts at £80. If you’re looking for value for money, a local business you can trust, with over 30 years experience, then you’ll be in safe hands. With the improvements we can make to your system, think of it as an investment.
It really depends on our workload. But if you have an urgent request, we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.
As long as you have a working internet connection, we can take remote access of your system, no matter where you live. Be it London, Loughborough or Lisbon!
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm. But if these times are not convenient, we can arrange an out of hours service for you.

Yes we do. VAT is charged at the current standard rate of 20%.

We accept cheque, cash, bank transfer and all major credit cards, except for American Express. All payments are due within 30 days of appointment date.
