Following some interesting and very useful feedback from customers of PC ResQ, I thought it would be good to share with you, two of the most common queries raised.
Q – If we moved further away, are you still able to help us with our computer problems?
A – Yes we can. You could be living in London, Lisbon or Loughborough; as long as you have a working internet connection, we can help you by taking remote access of your computer within seconds.
Q – Do you look after Apple Mac’s?
A – This I have to say has been the most popular question. The name PC ResQ would suggest that we only look after PC’s, but if you do own a Mac, you’ll be pleased to know that we support Apple Mac’s as well.
